My paintings are inspired by the work of mystics, existentialists and metaphysicians. The incomprehensibility of "Being" and the position of humanity in this mystery is a recurring theme. I strive to reach the limit where meaning fades, but image remains. The ambition is to dig into what is left when there is nothing more to say.
